As a
Whatever/Whenever Agent you will provide our guests with the W experience and surprise them with whatever they want/whevever they want.


You will:

  • Handle a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests and In Room Dining Orders effectively and efficiently
  • Provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel
  • Make recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
  • Ability to multi task at all times
  • Outstanding attention to detail

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Experience with OPERA property management system
  • Armed with smart solutions and a cando attitude
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
