Our
Welcome Desk Agent (Guest Service Agent) takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

You will provide our guests with the '
W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get.

You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:

YOUR LUST FOR LIFE

  • Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Experience with
    OPERA property management system
  • Armed with smart solutions and a cando attitude
  • Energised in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • Ability to work a 7day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
  • Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
