Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of delivery of highquality credit service to clients;
  • Provide a guide and review on loan products and pricing to the team;
  • Contributing to improving team service level;
  • Monitoring team performance;
  • Identifying team knowledge gaps and providing training;
  • Manage monthend team review activities and reporting;
  • Ensure all activities comply with accounting standards, company policy and all relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Experience of team management;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet required deadlines;
  • Strong management skills and an ability to work with people;
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills;
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Full work rights in Australia.
