As we embark on an exciting new period of growth, we need you to join us as our TMO Analyst, reporting to our TMO Manager who reports directly to our General Manager, Strategy and Experience.

The Strategy and Experience team supports both the transformation of the Workplace Injury Commission and our purpose and vision.

Continuous Improvement to our core business process is essential to improving the experience of injured workers and all of our stakeholders.

This dynamic team works on a diverse range of short and long term projects, with varied work and multiple tasks a feature of all roles.

As the TMO Analyst, you will bring your finely tuned analytical skills to consolidate the Workplace Injury Commission's portfolio of work and take overall responsibility for maintaining a portfolio schedule view, consolidation and analysis of portfolio risks, issues, dependencies and change activities, portfolio reporting, project resource analysis, TMO resource onboarding and co-ordination activities.


Who we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a Program Management Office or performing a project / program administrator, analyst or coordinator role.
  • Welldeveloped analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and enable business focused solutions.
  • Familiarity with PMO and project management disciplines relating to risk, issue and dependency management, as well as planning and financial management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks while adhering to strict timelines
