About you

a relevant business or technology tertiary qualification and relevant business analysis training/certification with experience as a Technical Business Analyst on complex, multi system data conversion and/or legacy transition projects.

experience in all facets of Project lifecycle and Technical Business Analysis including Agile (e.g. Scrum framework) and Waterfall development methodologies

ability to develop data convergence, cleanse and validate business rules based on agreed detailed business requirements based on outputs of workshops and input from working groups.

experience with database analysis and data mapping, with expertise in process mapping and re-engineering.
About the opportunity

Reporting to the Business Architecture Manager, you'll be joining a team of experienced individuals that share the goal of enabling the organisation towards a modern technology stack.

You'll get exposure and opportunity to work on a variety of projects and products.

The college is at an exciting time where major systems are being overhauled and can provide you with the prospect for personal and professional growth.

You'll also get a chance to partner with our technology teams and key internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyse, document and deliver multiple initiatives, process simplification and system standardisation projects.


In addition, you'll:


perform market analysis and research to understand emerging trends of products and services that can strategically assist with RACGP's objectives.

lead, plan, and facilitate workshops and elaborations with the business stakeholders, end users and IT to capture requirements and objectives allowing the development of transformation strategies to achieve the desired end state for business and IT stakeholders.

contribute and inform high-level initiative planning in relation to business cases, resources, cost-benefits, product recommendations, budget requirements to ensure they are setup to achieve the initiative outcomes, while also providing support to initiatives related to adding new technology at RACGP
