What you'll be working on:

  • You'll be a key part of the team driving a market leading, selfservice experience for customers.
  • Creation of marketing communications across a variety of mediums including EDMs, SMS, social posts & website copy
  • Focussing on content for lead nurturing, customer activation and ongoing platform usage, with a particular emphasis on content that will be used in automations.
  • Asset creation, created in house, working with designers or other vendors as required
