The role:


In this new and exciting role as Head of Change, Knowledge Management & Internal Communications, you will set the standard for how change in delivered in B&PB (including supporting tools, frameworks and reporting) as well as being the voice for how the divisions change portfolio delivers on the division and NAB's strategy.

Some key areas of focus include but not limited to:

  • Portfolio Change Management Strategy
  • Develop the divisional strategy for change and drive leadership commitment through effective sponsorship, accountability and governance
  • Manage change impacts and planning, driving effective prioritisation and transparency, understanding impacts and readiness for change in B&PB
  • Develop B&PB Change Runway and track and improve change adoption and effectiveness, ensuring benefits are realised and feedback loops exist to uplift change management delivery
  • Internal Communications
  • Develop and execute on the internal communications strategy
  • Provide communications support to the B&PB Leadership Team
  • Knowledge Management (including NABIT)
  • Define B&PB knowledge management strategy
  • Enhance design and deployment of NABIT and the integration across systems
  • Manage and maintain high quality and uptodate content and standards
  • People leadership
  • Lead team and effectively manage priorities and resource allocation
  • Constructively & collaboratively coach, challenge and mentor colleagues
  • Manage, engage and influence stakeholders at senior level

What you will bring:


You are an experienced Change & Communications leader within the finance sector, experience across Business & Private Bank would be a bonus You have a strategic growth mindset, developing and executing change & communication strategies, understanding the impacts of change and ensuring positive and meaningful impacts on our B&PB strategies.

Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate

  • Delivery & Portfolio/Program Management experience
  • Strong knowledge management & process improvement experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication aptitude to work at executive level synthesis while also ensuring all stakeholder engagement
  • Customer Experience and Banker Experience knowledge
  • Leadership and a passion for your team's growth and development
