Your opportunity


It's an exciting time to be with NAB, we are well on our way into the next evolution of our HR digital transformation and looking to support P&C's shift to AI enhanced services, working closely with our Colleague Experience and Digital HR team, Momentum Streams, Global Service Delivery Model and other P&C Centres of Excellence.


This role is focused supporting the delivery of strategic change, communications and engagement and training initiatives that support and enable the delivery and embedding of Momentum, Colleague Strategy (Pillar - Delivering World Class P&C service) to ultimately delivery on our Twin Peaks of Customer and Colleague in NAB's Group Strategy.


Success in this role will need someone with strong and broad Change experience/tool kit, someone who can understand the complexity, while also rising above to see the bigger picture and help to join the dots.

They will have prior experience in leading and delivering large transformation programs, supporting colleague experience and culture outcomes, complimenting the enabling technology transformation.


About the role

  • Leading and delivering to NAB's organisational change management disciplines and building out the change, comms and engagement and training capability within the team.
  • Working closely with all streams of the Momentum Program to ensure change readiness and adoption is planned and well executed against target objectives.
  • Development and delivery of transition to BAU plans ensuring change is effectively embedded, success metrics are defined and measured to maximize impacted stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance
  • Develop and foster key relationships with business stakeholders and in P&C building a robust network of 'change agents'
  • Coaching and mentoring of project managers and business leaders to drive change on a complex program of work

What you will bring

  • Proven and demonstrated ability to manage and execute change management on large and complex transformation programs
  • Extensive experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with humancentered design techniques
  • The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and across large complex environments, whilst prioritizing your work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to engage, partner and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (desired) or certified in change management or related discipline.
