Working within an established, growing, supportive, government organisation, this newly created Procurement Administrator role is an opportunity not to be missed.
Located near Hastings, this position presents the chance to join an organisation as they go through an exciting growth period, with many interesting projects to be a part of.

Start Date - ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Procurement Manager in the administration of procurement activity and maintain Victorian Government Purchasing Board compliance
- Lead on tender administration processes compliance
- Support the Procurement Manager in Strategic Procurement delivery;
- Preparation of sourcing documents and oversee sourcing software
- Manage State Purchase Contract Requests for Quote;
- Manage site and the forward tender plan
- Update sourcing tools and templates;
- Participate in internal procurement audits;
- Provide end to end procurement support
- Various other related duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Government procurement experience highly advantageous
- Experience with implementation Victorian Purchasing Board requirements.
- Sourcing/procurement software experience
- Solid administration background
- Well rounded technical ability including excellent MS Excel skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative style
- Strong stakeholder management talent
- A detail oriented, deadline driven approach
- A customer focused, upbeat, positive work ethic
