Reporting to our Head of Property & Franchising, the Property & Franchising Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and support of all leasing and franchising matters.


As the Property & Franchising Coordinator, you will be accountable for ensuring the timeliness of all activities undertaken by the Property Department.

We are seeking an individual who is highly organised, adaptable and a strong communicator.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

The Role Recipe:

  • Be the first to respond to all franchising enquiries;
  • Prepare franchising documentation and distribute to the necessary parties;
  • Prepare EOI packs for franchising enquires;
  • Manage Google Drives files;
  • Create documents and templates;
  • Input data into lease management program;
  • Assist the Head of Property on special projects and day to day tasks.

Key ingredients:

  • 3 years experience in a similar administrative position is desirable;
  • Experience in lease management software, such as LeaseEagle or equivalent
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to initiate, implement, control and improve company processes and procedures on a continuous basis.
