The Opportunity:


Due to growth within the department, we are currently looking for a Property & Franchising Leasing Manager to work with the organisation in the inner suburbs of Melbourne with 2 days working from home flexibility once up and running.

The Property & Franchising Manager is responsible for managing and directing the leasing operations.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Reviewing and negotiating leasing agreements
  • Reviewing and negotiating new and existing site opportunities
  • Conduct site visits and gather information required
  • Coordinate analysis on each site
  • Liaise with internal and external leasing agents
  • Experience in a client facing tenant representation, leasing or portfolio management role
  • Experience using a lease management software, such as LeaseEagle or similar
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Fantastic time management skills
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
