This includes managing and coordinating project processes from concept to completion, developing a range of portfolio reports and analytics, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team to support the effective delivery of our project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and coordination to the SPO team including maintaining the Strategic Project Management tool, generating reports and insights on portfolio progress, scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and team communications.
- Proactively engage and support the business and IT stakeholders to plan the resourcing required for prioritised initiatives.
- Assist stakeholders in resolving risks or blockers with their initiatives.
- Assist with preparation of project and portfolio reports on a monthly basis
- Provide training and support to users on a project tracking tool
- Create and update project framework deliverables for use across SPO
- Monitor the SPO RAID (Risk Action Issues Decisions) log for followup actions as required.
- Other administrative / support tasks as directed.
You will bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Understanding of project / portfolio office functions and disciplines
- Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Knowledge of Sharepoint and ServiceNow desirable but not essential
