Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Insurance Specialist and the wider ANZ Insurance function.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the wider insurance department, ensuring the use of all relevant IT systems, project-related activities, system testing, systems record management, debtor management, claims, settlements, and related activities for both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise as necessary on total losses and assist with ad-hoc claim reporting.
- Underwriting Activities: Assist with underwriting activities, including loss performance analysis for new proposals and renewal invitations for existing business, documentation, reports, and the implementation and administration of the SG Fleet insurance program.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Assist with regular monitoring to ensure that SG Fleet's Motor Vehicle Insurance Suppliers deliver services within SLAs and KPIs. Conduct regular reviews, checks, and audits of claim-handling accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on Fleet & Premium, including assisting with the reforecasting and reporting for SG Fleet Insurance.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Be the subject matter expert relating to the insurance offering and build strong professional relationships with SG Fleet clients, third-party insurance providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to compliance and risk guidelines and maintain a continuous improvement mindset to increase efficiency and improve the client experience.
- Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail.
- Planning and Monitoring: Proven planning and monitoring skills.
- Facilitation and Communication: Ability to facilitate productive working relationships to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to timelines.
- Problem-Solving: Critically analyze information and solve problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, financial and commercial astuteness.
- Technical Skills: Solid MS Suite skills.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Actively share knowledge and create useful internal and cross-functional relationships.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, such as consultation, liaison, and negotiation, to support stakeholders.
