The opportunity
The Marketing Maestro is the key conductor, transforming the Domestic Retail Portfolio Customer Strategy into captivating domestic marketing initiatives. They ensure seamless alignment with the Bupa brand and prioritize customer-centric planning and execution. Additionally, they expertly manage media performance and optimization for member audiences. Their accountability extends to delivering and analysing weekly campaign reports, providing stakeholders with up-to-date insights on objective achievement.

This is a fixed term full-time position, based in Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)

How will I help?

You will add value by:

  • The Marketing Manager (Member) supports the Domestic Head of Marketing in delivering and optimizing the Marketing plan for the Domestic Retail Portfolio, while leading the development of the Member communication strategy.
  • They ensure effective and efficient member campaigns through collaboration with the marketing performance team and consistent testing methods.
  • The Marketing Manager plans and implements integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to reinforce value, improve brand perception, and reduce churn among HI members.
  • They collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets, analyse campaign performance, and engage agencies and suppliers to drive successful marketing planning and execution.
