The Opportunity:

Predictable Marketing is looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead their marketing strategies. In this role, you will have a crucial part in defining the brand's identity and visibility across different platforms. Your main focus will be on driving client bookings through innovative and impactful marketing tactics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Ensure top-quality content on Predictable Marketing's social channels, customized to appeal to high-end service businesses.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies, such as blogging, to boost online presence and authority in the high-end services sector.
  • Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to provide a consistent flow of high-quality leads tailored to high-end service clients.
  • Email Campaigns: Create and oversee engaging email newsletters to attract and retain high-end clients.
  • Podcast Hosting: Conduct industry-leading podcasts daily to showcase expertise and insights targeted at high-end service businesses.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in marketing for high-end service businesses, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in this field.
  • Deep knowledge of direct response marketing and a history of generating qualified sales calls.
  • Excellent content creation skills across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
  • Willingness to represent Predictable Marketing across various online platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
