About the Role

  • Reporting into our Operations Team Leader, this is an opportunity to be part of a fun, highly driven and dedicated team that are customer obsessed. The Operations team works extensively with internal stakeholders and affiliate networks to successfully support transactions from purchase to payout.


As an Operations Officer, you will be monitoring, reporting and pursuing incorrect or overdue transaction validations through our partner affiliate networks.

You will be supporting the Member Services team with escalated transaction-based enquiries that require correspondence with affiliate networks.

About the role:

  • Monitoring, reporting and pursuing incorrect or overdue transaction validations through our partner affiliate networks;
  • Supporting the Member Services team with escalated transactionbased enquiries that require correspondence with affiliate networks;
  • Supporting the Member Services team by providing accurate store processing requirements;
  • Assisting Operations Executive and Team Leader with regular submissions of unreported transaction enquiries to the relevant affiliate network via a number of channels;
  • Resolving merchant payment and reporting enquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner;
  • Reviewing Cashrewards transaction data as part of a regular fraud identification process;
  • Identifying, escalating and resolution of issues such as Merchant tracking with the Operations Executive and Team Leader;

About You:

  • Be motivated, reliable and proactive to tackle all tasks and get results;
  • Be positive, friendly and professional;
  • Proficient in Excel;
  • Thrive on detail and finding the odd thing out;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to work in a team as well as autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
  • Think creatively in order to solve problems;
  • Diplomacy, persistence and determination in working with external stakeholders.
