One of Australia's prominent Federal Government departments are looking to engage experienced
Communication Advisors who have general experience in a communications role and stakeholder/event management.

The role is based from their
Canberra office and the successful
Communications Advisors will be
offered a
6-month contract partnered with 2 x 6-month extension options.


The successful
Communications Advisors will have responsible for the following:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to arrange and coordinate events
  • Contribute to developing and implementing communications
  • Source and write contract for web and social media
  • Contribute to the development of communication and public education materials
The successful
Communications Advisors will have experience in the following:

  • Understanding of communication roles in an APS environment
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to develop and coordinate stakeholder relationships
  • Coordination of events management and their delivery
