As a People Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support the Acquisitions team to focus recruitment in the areas where it is needed, with analysis of resourcing, recruitment market trends, screening of candidates and vendor management. You will be the support to candidates to optimize culture and engagement as well as potential career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Experience: Up to 3 years experience in talent acquisition or development of culture roles and some experience in an engineering position.

\u2022 Education: Some relevant tertiary qualification or the willingness to acquire within the first 6 months and a baseline AGSVA clearance level.

\u2022 Skills in communication, analytical and problem solving, administration.

\u2022 Global and cultural awareness, ability to understand and care for candidates.
