This role is responsible for the development of the training framework and standards to support the consistent and scalable delivery of training across multiple projects and initiatives, including designing, developing and delivering training.

This role will work closely with the Change Lead to develop a training framework that aligns with and meets the future needs of an exciting SAP S/4 Hana transition program/implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs across portfolio of projects
  • Develop comprehensive training framework, standards, and resources to support consistent execution of training delivery
  • Ensure SAP training needs and approach are considered
  • Work with Change Lead to ensure training framework considers alignment to future SAP S/4 Hana training needs
  • Ability to effectively assess training needs, define competencies required and identify any gaps
  • Develop tools, support processes, and procedures necessary for maintenance of the training material during project deployment
  • Ensure materials are fit for purpose and accessible via various deployment methods and geographically spread audiences
  • Facilitate facetoface and online remote training sessions for endusers and train the trainer sessions
  • Manage and maintain training plan and schedule according to agreed project/initiative timelines with Project Managers and Organisational Change resources
  • Establish mechanisms for evaluating training effectiveness
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, both at the program level and specific project/initiative level Continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods
    Skills and Experience required:
  • Previous ERP Implementation experience
  • SAP experience highly regarded
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs and standards
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both inperson and in virtual environments
  • Working knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design
  • Familiarity with technology solutions for training design, development and delivery
  • Proven experience in analysing the internal training needs of medium to large sized organisations and devising a strategic approach to addressing those needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
  • Proven ability in the critical review and evaluation of training program effectiveness, providing both quantitative and qualitative reviews
  • Ability to secure support and engagement from senior leaders to support knowledge transfer and to embed learning
  • Accurately identify competency gaps for individuals and teams, and provide effective and commercially considered solutions
  • Strong influencing, planning and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate ideas and technical concepts to general audiences
