Due to continuous growth and expansion, Urbans are seeking an
Operations Supervisor to coordinate day to day operations for a team of approximately 35 arboricultural staff.


The Role
Leading the way with a high level of customer service and driving operational efficiencies within the team, you will be responsible for the following,

  • Coordinating and scheduling day to day work schedules for all team members including plant resources
  • Leading and supervising field staff and subcontractors
  • Ensure time and attendance for the team is recorded accurately and on time through Pronto
  • Liaise with clients on daily booking requests and adhoc queries
  • Responding to client feedback in an efficient manner
  • Supporting maintenance requirements of the fleet

About you

To be successful you must have:

  • A current and unrestricted driver's licence
  • Cert III in Arboriculture desirable but not essential (industry experience favoured)
  • Pronto experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to pass a preemployment medical, including drug screen
  • National Police Clearance
