Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Infinite Aged Care. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, leading a small team to deliver exceptional food and beverage services to our residents.

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Lead and manage a small team of kitchen staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage budgets and food safety processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with our National and Regional Hotels Service Team to improve food outcomes and develop new services.
• Attend food focus resident meetings, listening to feedback and using it to inform menu development and service improvements.

• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery.
• Valid Food Safety Supervisors certificate.
• Proven experience as a culinary leader, with a passion for creating exceptional food.
• Resident-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality meals that meet the needs and preferences of our residents.
• Progressive leadership skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
