What this opportunity involves.


The National Transaction Manager drives the efficient and consistent delivery of property management across our National Portfolio ensuring activities and deliverables meet contractual and performance obligations.

With ultimate accountability of your remit, you will ensure continuous alignment and support to the Leadership Team. This includes driving collaboration across teams by managing ad hoc projects to successful completion.


Managing a team of remotely dispersed Transaction Managers & Assistant Transaction Mangers, you are required to work closely with all key stakeholders to deliver a high level of client satisfaction whilst mentoring and developing your team to successfully manage one of our largest, complex, and diverse accounts.


You will also oversee a range of exciting leasing activities including serving as a primary point of contact for quality control relating to renewals, negotiations, new site negotiations, site terminations, market rent reviews, incomplete tenures, and statutory obligations.


Also important is becoming a trusted advisor to our client, complying with existing reporting processes while thinking strategically, driving ongoing improvement and innovation.

You will have highly developed property transactions/ technical leasing experience holding a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.


With a superior track record in managing a high-volume workload, along with a true passion for property and real estate, you will be driven and confident in your ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


Leadership skills are highly sought after as you will grow and build your team, actively encouraging an environment that supports performance excellence and personal success.

You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our client's requirement.
