About the Role

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end real estate transaction management services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Manage an allocated portfolio of critical dates and key lease events in line with client requirements.
  2. Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate new leases, licenses, and other use agreements that support the service delivery requirements of the client.
  3. Market Rent Review: Manage the market rent review process, engaging with multiple stakeholders including the client, external landlords, and client-appointed valuers.
  4. Market Search and Leasing: Conduct new market searches, deliver professional market presentations to the client, and manage administrative leasing requirements.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and regular meetings.
  6. Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure compliance with client approval procedures and maintain confidentiality and audit trails of communications for probity purposes.
  7. Administrative Support: Manage the administrative preparation and execution of new leases, renewal of leases, and other use agreements.
Requirements
  1. Australian Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our client's requirement with the ability to successfully gain and retain AGSVA clearance and/or any additional associate Entity Clearances.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions and associated services.
  3. Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent (preferred).
  4. Real Estate License: Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  5. Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and client service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and ability to handle multiple complex issues within tight deadlines.
  6. Goal-Oriented Mindset: Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet performance targets.
