Purpose of the position:

These roles will see you working in a high pressure, repetitive natured environment, whilst handling diverse customer conversations and navigating complex systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Educate clients in the company's platforms, trading products and rules, and breach/withdrawal procedures
  • Manage administration and account setup of customer accounts
  • Work closely with the Finance and Account Management teams to ensure client's needs are efficiently met
  • Provide ongoing assistance and testing in the implementation of new systems, technology and processes
  • Handling complaints in a timely, professional and courteous manner
  • Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn

Selection Criteria:
Essential

  • Postsecondary education or the equivalent experience in the field minimum
  • Proven experience working in a customer support team and professional environment
  • Highly developed customer service skills, particularly with problem solving, to assist customer needs
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in both
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work with individuals from multicultural backgrounds
Desired

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, BComms or equivalent
  • Previous administration experience supporting diverse client base
  • An understanding or interest in trading, FX or general finance.
  • Sound analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Team player who is willing to go above and beyond to support the team in all aspects of the work
