You will

  • Move quality leads through the funnel while connecting them to a salesperson and arranging meetings
  • Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare handoff to sales
  • Update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support reporting efforts
  • Inform and recommend outreach strategies and best practices through testing various types of touchpoints
  • Contribute to building out best practices in this area as we grow the team
  • Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to our growth team to help improve targeting and messaging
  • Work closely with Account Executives on the handover & first call

What success looks like

  • In the first month, you will._
  • Become familiar with our product offering and processes
  • Learn about listed capital markets incl. capital raising, investor relations, market engagement best practices and relevant regulation
  • By end of first month, have completed our esteemed SDR training program and be directly contributing to the pipeline
  • In the next few months, you will _
  • Continue to hone your sales process and become a highperforming member of the sales team
  • Actively shadowing the AE's and learn the full sales cycle & process
  • Become deeply proficient in your understanding of capital markets, capital raising and investor relations
  • Have a strong grasp of all the tools used across the function
  • Be actively contributing to improving the sales process and messaging

The team


You will be reporting to Rhori Stein, the sales lead who manages the InvestorHub sales function which is comprised of two account executives and two SDR's.
