Groundspersons - Parks Maintenance (Starting from Duffys Forest and working across the Northern Beaches)

We're Hiring All welcome to apply, multiple positions available.


As we're growing (again) we are looking for an enthusiastic, mature, hard working, reliable person to take on garden maintenance duties to help us with our portfolio of parks and gardens across the Northern Beaches area.


You can choose between Casual Full-time (Let's go backpackers) or Permanent Full-time - for those looking for something secure and to grow with our expanding company.

You'll be working in a friendly environment in a very stable position.

You'll be kicking off at 6:30am, and finished by 2:30pm - perfect for your afternoon surf, picking the kids up after school or getting started early at your local watering hole

There is ample parking at our depot at Duffy's Forest of a morning.

Duties include:

  • Mowing, brush cutting, edging, and hedging
  • Gardening
  • Sports field work
- and other related tasks

All training provided, and career progression is available including traineeships, TAFE courses, and mature age development programs.


The starting rates are above award, being between $25-$30 per hour + 10.5% Super, Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week - with opportunities for more responsibilities down the track.
