The Role
We are currently seeking a Junior Salesforce Support person to provide general assistance and support within our Digital Platforms team at Data#3.
What will I be doing?
- Triage internal support cases to the appropriate Salesforce Team Member
- Resolve Level 1 support cases in a timely manner
- Transition requirements for Level 2 or 3 cases (those requiring development or configuration changes) to backlog for prioritisation
- Create, optimise and maintain Salesforce views, reports and dashboards
- Manage user setup & data security including but not limited to maintaining and amending employee profiles, role hierarchy, permission sets
- Assist with functional and user acceptance testing as required
- Maintain system reference data integrity
- General Salesforce administration as required
- Exceptional and timely customer service to all stakeholders at all organisational levels
What experience will I need?
- Experience within a customer service role (within an IT support role or ICT environment desirable but not required)
- Ability to deal with customers at all organisational levels
- Experience or understanding of documenting system features and user guides
- Ability to work unsupervised on complex tasks
- Understanding of data modelling concepts and ability to interpret data models to create meaningful reports (to facilitate report writing)
- Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with stakeholders
