In this exciting role you will be supporting our software advisory team working closely in an administration function to support key customers and internal stakeholders.

About this role

As Software Support Specialist you will:

  • Be the point of contact for all customer queries
  • Perform data entry & administration
  • Develop & maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality customer service and ensure long term strategic customer relationships
  • Work closely with the software advisory team to work through any customer concerns
  • Use your passion for customer service and exceptional communication skills to ensure our customers have a positive & memorable experience
  • Help customers with the efficient processing of cases
  • Problem solving on a daily basis to reach the right outcome for our customers and Data#3

About you
You will be a customer focussed team player with:

  • At least 1 years' experience working in an administration or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record in providing excellent customer service and technical support.
  • You will have an understanding or interest in technology.
  • Reliability, efficiency, and the ability to learn processes and technologies quickly.
  • An ability to independently work autonomously.
  • Experience with Adobe, Salesforce or D36 desirable but not mandatory.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Confident communication.
