The Role:


This exciting opportunity will drive successful outcomes through developing, managing, and maintaining processes within the Microsoft Channel Incentive Program while ensuring that strong relationships with internal and external Microsoft stakeholders are nurtured.


This role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis offering hybrid flexibility and we are flexible with where this role is based either in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.


In this role you will:

  • Assist with the ongoing review of MS incentives and program alignment as they relate to Data#3 Licensing & Services activities
  • Continually develop, document, and refine the Data#3 processes related to the MS incentives and programs
  • Monitor, Manage & Secure Microsoft incentive rebates connected to Licensing & Services activities including but not limited to: EA, CSP, CPOR, DPOR, ECIF, Co-Sell, MSSP, MRPP, AAMP & Others
  • Collaborate with Data#3 Microsoft software licensing sellers to maximize incentive earnings
  • Drive best practice across the Channel Incentives programs with an objective to maximise incentive earnings and rebate performance
  • Ensure Microsoft Sales hygiene in Salesforce is updated and maintained by working with the Sales Team to review forecasts of Channel Incentive agreements and Incentive schedules for accuracy
  • Ensure all renewing Microsoft agreements are visible in Salesforce at least 6 months prior to invoice date
  • Reconcile the Microsoft incentive statement and remedy any issues and identify any ongoing trends
  • Escalate Channel Incentive discrepancies to ensure accurate payment of incentives
  • Identify opportunities to maximise incentives across all programs for Licensing & Services activities
  • Provide an accurate monthly reconciliation of Channel Incentive payments incentives
  • Where required provide support to the Team Leader
  • Channel Incentives to develop and maintain relevant Data#3 systems and resources that are associated to the Channel Incentives programs such as but not limited to: Salesforce, Relevant Dashboards & SharePoint

What we are looking for:

  • Exposure or general understanding of Microsoft Licensing and partner incentive programs (desirable)
  • Experience with Salesforce administration (desirable)
  • Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting (desirable)
  • Experience with delivering training bothvirtually and inperson (desirable)
  • Highly developed written and verbal communications skills with internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent process management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
