Senior Marketing Manager, Everyday Banking & Segments - 12 months fixed term contract: focusing on priority customer segmentsSenior Marketing Manager, Customer - permanent: focusing on customer more broadlyOn any given day, you will:
Build the marketing strategy to deliver on customer and business goals, with a focus on image and reputation to impact NPS (Net Promoter Score), customer acquisition and engagement. Generate and leverage customer insights to identify core strategic customer challenges/opportunities/pain points to help shape the development of relevant and simple Customer Value Propositions. Be customer-obsessed in partnering across product portfolios to integrate customer strategies and initiatives. Be proactive seeking out opportunities to influence and drive customer experiences and business outcomes with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver go-to-market plans and continuously test and iterate to achieve customer outcomes. Lead holistic reporting, including results on business objectives, key learnings and next steps. Support, guide and mentor marketing managers. Deliver marketing programs in collaboration with core marketing teams including brand, owned media, corporate affairs, product, digital and data teams. Adhere to the . Deep knowledge and experience in customer, segment marketing or product marketing. Highly strategic with experience designing and delivering end-to-end customer marketing strategies. Insights driven with ability to use data to tell stories, influence decision-making, and develop marketing initiatives, all while connecting activity to business opportunities/challenges. Strong stakeholder management skills with all elements of the value chain including product, data and analytics, digital etc. Strong business acumen and understanding of ROI/ROMI and campaign metrics.
