Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate third-party risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement controls that enhance risk and compliance outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide risk advice and support to business owners on supplier risk assessments and ensure adherence to the Group Supplier Lifecycle Framework.
  • Partner with the business to manage risks, compliance obligations, and operations within risk appetite, including profiling and capturing emerging risks in the Risk Profile.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions expected from our people.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement and supplier management, with a focus on third-party arrangements.
  • Strong risk and compliance mindset, with knowledge of Operational Risk and Compliance Management Frameworks.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Business acumen, with an understanding of the business and its strategic priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and levels of seniority.
