Our core business is the design and building of custom integrated brand structures for trade shows, shop and office interiors, specialty retail spaces and events.


We have designed, created and managed award-winning exhibition stands for clients from a wide range of industries in Australia and internationally.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as the Marketing Manager. The role is crucial for driving business growth, establishing brand presence, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

B2B Marketing Expertise:

  • Indepth understanding of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the B2B space.

  • A solid grasp of the industry the agency operates in, including key trends, competitors, and customer behaviors.

  • Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Comfortable using analytics and data to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing efforts.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Proven experience in generating highquality leads and optimizing conversion funnels in a B2B context.

Content Marketing Mastery:

  • Strong content marketing skills, including the ability to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with B2B audiences.

Brand Management:

  • Expertise in building and managing a strong B2B brand, including brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all channels.

Team Leadership:

  • Strong leadership skills to build and lead a highperforming marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Collaboration with Sales:

  • Ability to work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless leadtocustomer journey.

  • Experience in managing marketing budgets efficiently and effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies that support B2B marketing efforts.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex B2B concepts and strategies.

  • A track record of setting and achieving measurable marketing goals and KPIs, with a focus on driving tangible business outcomes.

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating diverse teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience with budget management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Need to be able to handle pressure and a high volume of work
