Purpose


Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Officer plays an integral role in providing high IT Service Delivery to all Chiesi Australia employees, including office-based staff and all remote employees.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and a high sense of customer focused. Have a proactive approach and able to work independently with regular consultation with the IT Manager.

As this role may be required to support global programs/projects, after-hours meetings/work may be required from time-to-time.

Main Responsibilities
Manage/resolve IT Service Desk requests on IT systems, services, network and equipment
Respond to IT incidents
User account and access control management (Active Directory, O365, Sharepoint)
Onboarding/offboarding IT user accounts, systems, assets (laptop/iPhone/iPad/printers/softwares)
Assist with infrastructure projects
Support on-going and new program/project activities, local/global IT strategies
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions
Maintain and manage IT systems/services/equipment
Liaising with 3rd-party vendors when needed
Experience Required
Min. 2 years' experience in IT Service Desk following ITIL methods
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Previous working experience in:
Windows OS, desktop support
Active Directory/Azure
iPhone/iPad/iOS support
Corporate networks and basic network troubleshooting
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsive, professional and excellence in providing support to all our internal customers
Great organisational skills, flexible/adaptable
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Languages

Proficient in English (written and verbal)
