Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the procurement process for ICT categories, developing and implementing strategic category management plans
  • Provide high-level procurement advice to stakeholders to facilitate added value
  • Analyze and report on supplier performance, supply chain risks, and procurement activities to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with procurement and ICT stakeholders to align objectives and achieve procurement outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects and scheduling activities within a challenging supplier market, maintaining a customer focus
Requirements
  • Experience in preparing and negotiating complex procurement contracts (end to end)
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills to develop and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in managing issues, risks, and trends associated with various procurement across ICT
  • Qualifications in procurement, supply chain, law, or business beneficial
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Community-minded individual passionate about ensuring the delivery of services to Victoria
