Primary responsibilities include:
- Reception Duties
- Office Management
- Travel and Event Coordination
- Report writing, document and spreadsheet preparation
- Assisting senior staff, stakeholders and team members
- Personal and ad hoc errands when needed
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Previous experience in the design, architectural, engineering or construction industry
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
- Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Second to none in terms of efficiency, coordination and approach
- High level attention to detail
- Top notch written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, responsive and accountable
- Proactive and flexible
- Calm under pressure
