This unique role is broad and diverse and only an experienced Personal Assistant or Office Administrator will suffice

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Reception Duties
  • Office Management
  • Travel and Event Coordination
  • Report writing, document and spreadsheet preparation
  • Assisting senior staff, stakeholders and team members
  • Personal and ad hoc errands when needed
Essential Skills

  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the design, architectural, engineering or construction industry
  • Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Second to none in terms of efficiency, coordination and approach
  • High level attention to detail
  • Top notch written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, responsive and accountable
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Calm under pressure
