About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration / Team PA to join our team at Engage Personnel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time superstar administrator to take on a critical role in supporting senior staff and the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, coordinate, and process ASIC Company Statements, including invoicing and minutes
  • Process all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes, and share certificates
  • Conduct company and title searches
  • Maintain internal systems
  • Handle client correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain databases
  • Scan, email, and file documents
  • Provide general office support duties
  • Assist Partners with PA duties
  • Manage diaries
About You
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
  • Have experience using MYOB, BGL, ASIC, and ATO portals
  • Be familiar with ASIC forms and requirements
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in using XERO would be highly regarded, although not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong administration skills
  • High attention to detail
