Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administration / Team PA to join our team at Engage Personnel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time superstar administrator to take on a critical role in supporting senior staff and the management team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, coordinate, and process ASIC Company Statements, including invoicing and minutes
- Process all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes, and share certificates
- Conduct company and title searches
- Maintain internal systems
- Handle client correspondence
- Prepare and maintain databases
- Scan, email, and file documents
- Provide general office support duties
- Assist Partners with PA duties
- Manage diaries
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
- Have experience using MYOB, BGL, ASIC, and ATO portals
- Be familiar with ASIC forms and requirements
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in using XERO would be highly regarded, although not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
