Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team at Recruitment Advisory Services Australia. As the right-hand person to our CEO, you will be responsible for managing his calendar, coordinating appointments, and ensuring he stays on top of his commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration and manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining personnel files
  • Assist with side projects and business ventures, utilizing your proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior administrative, PA, or EA role
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft well-worded, concise, and grammatically correct correspondence
  • Discretion and capacity to maintain complete confidentiality
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

What We Offer:

  • A family-friendly schedule with working hours from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday
  • An hourly rate of $35 to $40 per hour + super
