Black Diamond Agency is a national staffing agency, focused on activating a conversation between brands and their customers. We are all about promotions, events, expos, conferences and retail activations

You could be asked to:

  • Promote a product or brand by giving out freebies
  • Approach, converse and interact with our client's customers and collect leads
  • Provide general customer care and assistance
  • Assist with minor physical event set up, pack down and general operations
  • Dress up as a company mascot or tooth fairy

You might work at:

  • Stadiums for events such as NRL/AFL/Aleague/Rugby games
  • Shopping centres for retail pop ups
  • Train stations for flyering
  • Beaches for sampling freebies
  • Convention centres for expos & trade shows

You will need:

  • An outgoing personality
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • To take pride in your professional presentation
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • The ability to work on your feet and have a reasonable level of physical fitness
  • That's it
