We are searching for incredible talent to join our Workplace Services team in the position of
State Operations Manager, VIC, QLD, SA , based in Melbourne.
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Development, Accor Hospitality Services, Australia, you will be responsible for leading our services and client relations across your region, driving strategic performance and people led experiences for our partners.
Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsbility for Accor's service delivery across an average of 25 assets and a team of 50 Heartists;
- Oversee and strategically lead the delivery of Accor services such as Concierge, Community Management, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events and In-Tenancy Services;
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Partners & suppliers. Acting as the key representative of Accor to Partners in the delivery of Accor's services;
- Daytoday operations of Workplace Services in assigned region including the establishment of new services and demobilisation of services as a result of Asset churn ensuring compliance with Accor policies and procedures;
- Delivery of Accor's contractual obligations & compliance with KPI's and performance measures as proscribed as part of Accor's contractual obligations with its Partners;
- Monthly reporting of budget/operational outcomes to Partners at financial and operational meetings including contractual KPI performance;
- Embrace the Accor values and lead by example in demonstrating the spirit of the values in all actions and interactions. Highly visible leadership is imperative to the success of this role;
- Oversee recruitment and retention of key talent across the Accor Hospitality Services business in in the spirit of delivering superior experiences for our Partners;
- Act as an Accor ambassador, aiming to enhance the company's image and market reputation, internally and externally supporting in tenders submissions & pitches as required;
- This role will require occasional business travel to fulfil the requirements of the role.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Preferred qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field;
- Have proven talent leadership, customer service management, administrative, organisational and time management skills;
- Proven experience in fostering and leading strategic commercial Partnerships for mutual benifit;
- A passion for and great knowledge of food & beverage and hotel operations;
- Previous hospitality experience managing at a fivestar level is essential.
