People Central is the first point of contact for CSIRO general HR enquires and manages the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Officer to join our team.

Your duties will include:

  • Proactively delivering frontline customer service and support for CSIRO staff, including anticipating customer needs, and performing trend analysis of enquiries and customer feedback.
  • Providing timely advice regarding general Peoplerelated enquiries, in line with established service levels, by tailoring verbal and written communication to audience.
  • Actively monitoring and identifying opportunities for business improvements to streamline and enhance the service delivery with the use of technology and analytics.
  • Maintaining and improving a library of accurate, compliant, streamlined documentation and knowledge management material to meet People function requirements.
  • Providing system administration support for the organisation's Service Delivery Tool ('People Connect').
  • Triaging phone and written enquiries to appropriate teams and where escalation is required.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and privacy obligations with respect to the issue and storage of personal information.
  • Other duties as required.

Salary:
AU$68k - AU$86k pa (pro-rata for part-time) plus up to 15.4% superannuation

To be considered you will need:

  • Experience in an HR/People/Payroll customer service delivery environment, with a focus on providing high quality customer experiences and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant HR/People/Payroll frameworks, legislation, acts, policies/procedures, systems, and tools.
  • Ability to gather, interpret and analyse customer experience data to identify trends to support development of proactive customer service delivery solutions.
  • Ability to use, and provide support for, technology platforms including HRMIS and Service Delivery software (preferably SAP/SuccessFactors) to deliver creative customerfocussed digital solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage own workloads with a history of meeting competing deadlines and agile working that adapts to changing requirements.
  • Demonstrated professional and respectful behaviours and attitudes in a collaborative environment and behaviours aligned to the CSIRO Values.
