About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador at dusk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including candles and homeware, to effectively recommend and upsell to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
