About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience and Feedback Officer. This exciting opportunity exists for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complaints in a timely and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complaints, including review, recording, and escalating as required
  • Produce high-quality written correspondence for various audiences, including formal responses for the Minister's Office and Ombudsman
  • Coordinate correspondence, briefing, and reporting functions for the Complaints Team
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve day-to-day operations issues and achieve the contract's strategic objectives
About You
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer resolution role is preferred
  • Experience in complaints resolution within a government setting is highly regarded
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities and compassion towards customers are essential
