  • February 01, :31Our client is seeking three naturally curious Data Entry Officers to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of up to 3 months.


Beginning as a project between two like minded people, our client saw a need for better personal alarms for Australian seniors, their business has grown to have their own incoming call, fulfillment, shipping and customer service center based in beautiful Lake Macquarie, NSW, with 60 friendly full time team members.

The modern office is located in Toronto, NSW, close to the esplanade and to nearby shops and cafes.

Duties:

  • Comparing and updating records between different data and record management systems
  • Investigating and removing obsolete or unnecessary records
  • Investigating and accurately updating Salesforce to reflect information available in other data storage systems
  • SIM management, including investigating and deactivating SIMS that are no longer required
  • Assisting with other adhoc data integrity projects as required

About You

This role would suit a tech savvy, detail-oriented person who is equal parts meticulous and efficient and is passionate about data integrity.


It is critical that you:

  • Are detail oriented with a curious and inquisitive nature
  • Hold a high level of computer literacy, including experience with using Excel. Experience with using CRM programs (such as Salesforce) will be highly regarded
  • Have the ability to work with a high volume of data, previous experience in a similar position will be highly advantageous
  • Are committed to accuracy and data integrity
Previous experience and/or interest in a technological based environment (e.g. entry level IT helpdesk, technology-based retail sales or service) will also be advantageous.
