The client
Our client is a leading Australian residential developer undergoing a sustained period of growth within their business.

They source, build, develop, and sell their own residential apartment and mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area, and have a huge development pipeline of over 4000 apartments.


The role

Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Customer Care Manager to join their team.

This is an integral role in the business as you will be responsible for ensuring that customer care is at a high level of satisfaction by implementing customer-driven strategies to assist sales through customer engagement post-sale.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare Customer Correspondence, Inform Buyers with Updates
  • Define, & Manage Settlement Process from Exchange/Settlement
  • Liaise with Banks/Brokers to Ensure Clients have Finances in Place
  • Be the Link between Sales, Marketing, Construction & Customer
  • Conduct Inspections, Valuations, Pre-Settlement inspections, & Key Handover

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have the ability to present yourself in a confident, polished, professional manner with a strong commitment to customer service

Other key requirements include:

  • Experience in a Customer Support Role, ideally with a Property Developer
  • Experience Collaborating with Multiple People with Diverse Backgrounds
  • Proficient in CRM Systems (Salesforce Preferred)
  • First Class Oral communication Skills
  • Excellent Report Presentation. Literacy, & Business Writing Skills
