Our
Execution Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Commercial Execution, and will play a critical role in elevating the portfolio of Patrón Tequila in the Australian market.


Building strong relationships both internally and externally with key customers, developing customer strategies and business plans, creating and sell-in of compelling promotional programming and innovation will all be a part of your toolbox.


Responsibilities:

  • With our

consumers at the heart, your key focus will be:

  • Partnering with our field team and leaders in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane to drive Patrón Tequila's distribution and menu listings in the Top 200 On-Trade accounts.
  • Work in conjunction with the Senior Commercial Manager, Marketing Manager and Assistant Brand Manager of Patrón Tequila to support building and executing the full year Patrón Strategy.
  • Deliver best in class AVQPAP sales decks for both On & Off Trade to ensure Patrón is executed Simply Perfect every time.
  • Partner with key commercial stakeholders to support on their channel's Patrón P&L identify areas of opportunity, support on execution, and maximise investment.
  • Support the Commercial Execution Manager with all functions on Patrón Acceleration including Monthly and Quarterly Reviews, Patrón Perfectionists, and Hacienda visits.
  • Actively lead and contribute to biweekly Patrón meetings and monthly business reviews; identifying opportunities to support commercial teams within specific accounts and ensure continuous improvement of the brand.
Skills and Experience

  • As our Execution Manager, you will partner with the On-Trade team, and will drive the strategy whilst ensuring the consumer is at the heart of everything we do.
  • You are familiar with On-Trade personnel and will be comfortable establishing relationships within various channels including restaurants, bars, hotels, and night clubs.
  • You inspire customers and key decision makers to utilise Patrón Tequila's products and services.
  • Your passionate, collaborative and selfdriven nature will be key, along with, but not limited to the following:
  • You have a strong track record of commercial & sales experience, preferably in the On Trade. You can effectively manage an account, a sales territory and know what it takes to win new business.
  • You know how to represent luxury brands, and how they should be executed in the trade
  • You are an influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will have opportunities to display excellent written and verbal communication skills while also being relaxed giving presentations in front of small groups of people including executives, Bacardi primos, vendors and customers (both internal and external) at all levels of an organization.
