The People and Capability Branch in the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) is looking for a client-focused, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join the Employee Relations team.

As a member of this team, you will contribute to delivering advice and guidance on a range of workplace and employment matters in accordance with relevant employment frameworks.


The successful applicant will be required to undertake various Employee Relations activities including researching and preparing correspondence relating to a range of employment issues including (but not limited to) probation; workplace conduct, values and behaviours; leave provisions; underperformance; and change management processes.

There may also be the opportunity to be involved in policy development and project-based work.

Due to the need to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships will be important.
