Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

  • Demonstrated formal qualifications and or relevant experience to provide high level administrative assistance and support including a proven capacity to operate effectively in a complex environment demanding confidentiality, flexibility, and discernment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and high level of organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines support by a demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative and judgement, including the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Experience or willingness to learn using electronic document management systems, electronic procurement systems and electronic rostering systems such as HPRM, HealthRoster, iProcurement and VMoney.
  • Highly developed negotiation and problemsolving skills.
