What does the job involve:
The State Manager role is centered around driving revenue growth and cultivating long-lasting customer relationships. This pivotal leadership position reports to the General Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will offer strategic guidance, oversee customer and industry interactions, manage and mentor the State Sales team, and develop plans to ensure targets and budgets are met.
