Your Role

We're looking for a highly organised and efficient professional who can manage multiple tasks throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list.

As our Yield and Sales Performance Specialistr, you will join our high performing TikTok Global Business Solutions team and provide support to our commercial team managing our internal management tools.

This role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor to the business and work closely with sales leadership to provide insights, evaluate strategic opportunities, recommend tactical shortterm and longterm incentives and deals, pinpoint growth blockers, and enhance commercial effectiveness of our ad product offerings.
  • Manage and document local and global policies, processes, and business priorities to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Review sales performance across multiple nodes (from salespeople to clients) to identify gaps and opportunities that can be addressed through sales incentives and deals
  • Work with crossfunctional teams and provide input on sales operations policies and procedures based on sales feedback and real practice.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.) expedite the review/approval process.
  • Monitor salesrelated metrics and provide the sales analysis report by providing insight and offering analytic advice and analysis to guide the business.
  • Be the trusted business partner to sales leaders by partnering on how to optimise systems and processes to drive growth.
  • Identify, scope and drive regional / local critical projects and initiatives and drive alignment with crossfunctional teams across the organization.
  • Coown the revenue datasets with revenue planning colleagues, understand nuances, identify and execute improvements, and create visualisations to guide business decisions.
  • Work with the product manager of backend systems to identify opportunities for internal system improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 46 years of experience in a fastpaced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads
  • Commercial experience in analysing, proposing and implementing client deals based on business priorities
  • Experience approaching problems using a structured, analytical mindset to provide practical business insights from data.
  • Ability to evolve in a highlydynamic environment prioritising initiatives, defining milestones or KPIs and driving results with ownership and adaptability.
  • Technical proficiency in sales systems is preferred
  • SalesForce, Insightly, Tableau, and other MS Office Suite program
  • Advanced Excel and analytical experience
  • Is a selfstarter and has the ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
