  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the UniversityAbout The Position:You will be a product and audience expert who will not only be on the frontline converting sales opportunities but will be a key player in providing insight and advice to wider experience portfolio team members which will subsequently impact future International Student recruitment activities and feed into the strategic roadmap for various business units such as College, Marketing, Admissions, Events and Advertising.


As part of the greater Global Sales & Conversion team, the Sales and Conversion International Case Manager will maximise conversion of international students by leveraging all channels, such as Inbound and Outbound phone, Live Chat, Webinars, Face to Face and new and emerging channels in order to achieve student recruitment targets.


To be successful in this position, you'll have:
Demonstrated experience in sales enquiry management and case management. Experience with CRM for capturing lead and case data based on conversation with prospective students as well as managing, maintaining, and reporting on a sales pipeline. Experience with International Student Recruitment highly regarded, but not essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, including the capacity to manage time effectively within a busy team environment. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including skills in persuasion, information exchange and relationship management.
Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously, and work well under pressure whilst meeting KPI's. Demonstrated ability to show initiative and flexibility, a willingness to take on new challenges, work with mínimal supervision and organise workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
